**ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH**

– **Order Dispatch**: All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of placement, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
– **Delivery Timeline**: Delivery takes 1–8 working days, depending on your location.
– **Stock Availability**: If any item (size or color) is unavailable upon order confirmation, we’ll notify you within 1–2 working days and suggest alternatives before dispatching your order. We’ll also inform you if the item is restockable or not.

**SHIPPING & DELIVERY**

– We ship via **DTDC**, **Delhivery**, or **Tirupati**, depending on the delivery pin code.
– **Delays**: Public holidays, natural calamities, or strikes may cause delays as shipping is a third-party service. While we’re not liable for such delays, we’ll help you track your parcel.

**IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION**

1. **Incorrect Details**:
– If the address or contact number is incorrect, the parcel will be returned to us (RTO).
– RTO courier charges (both ways) must be covered by the customer before reshipping.
– Please ensure all details are accurate to avoid delivery issues.

2. **Lost or Undelivered Parcels**:
– If a parcel is lost or not delivered by the courier partner, we will dispatch a replacement after an investigation. Refunds are not applicable in such cases.

3. **Delivery Issues**:
– Common issues include wrong contact numbers, incorrect pin codes, missed delivery calls, or courier mismanagement.
– Don’t worry—if any such issues occur, we’ll ensure your parcel is resent promptly after necessary checks.
