**Miss Jeevika – Exchange Policy Overview**
At Miss Jeevika, our primary goal is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with our Return and Exchange Policy.
## Returns
We do not accommodate returns or refunds. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we offer exchanges for other products instead.
## Exchanges
**Eligibility:** Exchanges are permitted only if the clothing item you received is defective or damaged. The item must remain in its original, unused, unwashed condition with all tags attached. To process an exchange request, an opening video of the package is required. You must contact us within 2 days of delivery regarding any defective or damaged items; requests made after this period will not be eligible for exchange.
**Time Frame:** You have a 2-day window from the delivery date to initiate an exchange. Requests made after this timeframe cannot be processed.
**Process:** To initiate an exchange, please reach out to our customer service team with your order number, reason for the exchange, and the opening video. We will provide further instructions once your request is approved.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, an exchange will be accepted. The unpacking video serves as proof for any damage or missing claims. Please contact us at jeevikacreationjaipur@gmail.com or call 8209853970, providing an image and the unpacking video of the damaged area. After confirmation, we will supply you with the return address and procedure. Shipping charges will be reimbursed once you submit the courier receipt. Note that we do not provide a courier pickup service; we rely on third-party couriers.
Before dispatching your parcel, we will weigh it and note this on the courier cover. For any claims regarding missing items, please send an unpacking video along with the parcel’s weight. Customers are responsible for RTO charges if they fail to receive their parcel for any reason.
If we send an incorrect item or size, we will accept the exchange. This must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Upon confirmation, we will provide return instructions and address details. Shipping charges will be reimbursed upon receipt of the courier receipt.
Exchanges are not permitted between different product categories. If a valid reason is provided, we may consider it. Please note that exchanges are limited to one per order, and we do not accept exchanges or returns for other reasons. Products returned due to damage or defect are eligible for exchange only; cash refunds are not available for any sold products.
If a replacement product is unavailable at the time of your request, you may receive store credit equal to the product’s value within 3 days or choose an alternative item. Refunds in monetary form are not provided.
In cases where we lack stock of the same item during an exchange, you can select from our available products. If the new item’s price exceeds that of the original, you will need to pay the difference.
Exchange shipping will only occur after the original item passes a quality check (unused, unwashed, and odor-free). Any attached tags must also be included.
## Shipping for Exchanges
**Return Shipping Costs:** We will reimburse shipping costs once you provide us with the courier receipt after inspecting the returned goods.
**Shipping Recommendations:** We advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Miss Jeevika cannot be held liable for items lost during return shipping.
